To exchange an item, please fill in the returns form and select exchange item, the form will then give you the option to choose the item you would like to exchange to. We will hold this for you until the original is returned and then send this out with free delivery.

A: Once we receive your return, please allow 2 business days for it to be processed. You will receive a notification via email once your return has been processed and your refund has been issued.
