Q: What is your return policy?
A: We offer a 14-day return policy for unused and unworn items with tags still attached. If you need to return an item, please fill in the returns form in the footer of our website.

Q: Can I exchange an item?
A: Yes, we offer exchanges for different sizes or colours. To exchange an item, please fill in the returns form and select exchange item, the form will then give you the option to choose the item you would like to exchange to. We will hold this for you until the original is returned and then send this out with free delivery.
Q: How long does it take to process a return?
A: Once we receive your return, please allow 2 business days for it to be processed. You will receive a notification via email once your return has been processed and your refund has been issued.
